About the Role
Telawane Power Equipments is looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring Sales & Marketing professionals within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle recruitment for Sales & Marketing roles, along with other manufacturing-related positions as required.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience hiring Sales & Marketing professionals.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Industry Preference: Manufacturing.
- Qualification: BMS, MBA (HR), or Diploma in HR.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,104.94 - ₹42,422.62 per month
