Key Responsibilities / Duties
Own and administrate the Oracle planning, budgeting and reporting systems EPBCS
Own and administrate all month end processes associated with Oracle
Responsible for the security and refresh of Oracle EPM suite
Assist with uploading forecasts and budgets into Oracle EPM
Continual review and improvement in the use of Oracle to automate (EPMAUTOMATE)and streamline data feeds and reporting of data
Maintain robust and effective Oracle system controls
Support with implementing the finance systems roadmap
Work Experience/ Knowledge
2 -3 yrs experience administrating month end processes associated with Oracle
1 -2 yr experience uploading forecasts and budgets into Oracle EPM
Knowledgeable with EPMAUTOMATE
Knowledgeable with Oracle EPM security and cloning
Key Skills
A natural aptitude for vendor systems and data
A working knowledge of Oracle EPM (or PBCS / EPBCS)
Good communication skills

Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field is preferred or commensurate relevant work experience.
Working Conditions
Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures. In
office requirement of 4 days a week.
The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 10 pounds is also necessary.
Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.
Hours include evenings and/or weekends, public holidays and may occasionally include 24 hour a day on call support by pager and/or cell phone.
