We are searching for a skilled and passionate Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into efficient and effective solutions that streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps, leveraging Canvas and Model-driven app development approaches.
- Create automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate, connecting various data sources and services.
- Develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI, enabling data-driven decision making.
- Build and implement conversational AI solutions using Power Virtual Agents, enhancing customer engagement and support.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and updates.
- Collaborate effectively with other developers, business analysts, and end-users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and application development principles.
- Experience with relational databases and data management concepts.
- Proficiency in writing expressions and formulas within the Power Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Power Virtual Agents development.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-400).
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
