- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and process invoices, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Maintain ledgers and ensure accurate bookkeeping and documentation.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.
- Support preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and related schedules.
- Assist with tax and statutory compliance, including GST/TDS or other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments when required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, vouchers, receipts, and accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,537.02 per month
