We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Founder to provide strategic, operational, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Founder.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Follow up with teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.
- Handle travel arrangements and schedule management.
- Assist in business operations, research, and special projects.
- Maintain confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders as required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
