Real Estate Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and a passion for sales. The role involves generating leads, understanding client requirements, conducting property site visits, and closing sales while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through calls, referrals, social media, and walk-ins.
- Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects.
- Conduct property presentations and organize site visits for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, and financing options to clients.
- Coordinate with the CRM and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and industry developments.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
