ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Capture Executive to join our growing field operations team. This is a field-intensive role that involves visiting construction sites, capturing project progress through 360° virtual tours, photographs, videos, and site observations, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
This role is ideal for Civil Engineering freshers and other fresh graduates looking to start their career in Construction Technology, as well as experienced Site Supervisors and Site In-Charges who want to apply their on-ground construction knowledge in a technology-driven, growth-oriented role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Documentation & Data Capture
- Visit construction sites as per project schedules.
- Capture high-quality 360° virtual tours of under-construction projects.
- Collect site data through photographs, videos, and on-site observations.
- Follow Bandhoo's standardised capture process to ensure consistency and quality.
- Upload captured data to company-approved digital platforms on time.
Equipment Handling
- Safely operate and maintain company-provided equipment, including cameras, 360° capture devices, and related accessories.
- Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues immediately.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all field equipment.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and internal teams for smooth site visits.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and project documentation.
- Submit daily reports and updates to the reporting manager.
- Escalate on-site challenges and operational issues when required.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all captured data meets company quality standards.
- Follow company policies related to data security, confidentiality, and project documentation.
- Maintain professional communication with client teams and stakeholders.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Civil Engineering freshers (Diploma or Bachelor's Degree) are especially encouraged to apply — this is a great launchpad role to gain hands-on site exposure right after graduation.
- Freshers from any discipline are welcome to apply.
- Site Supervisors, Site In-Charges, and Site Engineers looking for a technology-driven role are strongly encouraged to apply — on-ground construction experience is a strong advantage for this role.
- Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, and digital tools.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and floor plans will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Prior experience in construction site operations, documentation, surveying, or fieldwork will be an added advantage.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Mumbai project locations.
- 100% field-based role — work location is on-site at construction projects.
- Candidates residing in or willing to commute from Borivali, Malad, Goregaon, Andheri, Bandra, Kurla, Bhandup, Mulund, and nearby areas will be preferred.
