The Opportunity: Grow With Us
This is a ground-floor opportunity to serve as the first dedicated member of our Corporate B2B team. We are seeking a high-potential individual to begin this mission based out of India, with a planned transition to our UAE headquarters.
As our foundational B2B hire, your professional growth is tied directly to the division's success. As we scale, there will be clear opportunities to step into leadership roles, build your own team, and shape the strategy for our corporate expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and penetrate the corporate market to create a robust pipeline of high-value B2B accounts.
- Establish processes and drive corporate outreach, including preparing and delivering client presentations and engaging prospective businesses
- Manage the entire sales journey—from lead generation and consultative presentations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate deep, long-term partnerships with corporate HR, facilities managers, and C-level decision-makers.
- As the team grows, you will be expected to mentor new hires and contribute to the evolution of our B2B service offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
