Job Profile Requirement: Implementing TPM activities plans and schedules for Maintenance and annual turnarounds with focus on optimum utilization of manpower, machines and materials. Bearing the responsibility of Control Desk Engineer in Ash Handling Plant (VACUUM SYSTEM (DRY & WET DESIGNED BY INDURE,) processes such as ESP. hoppers Evacuations, Transfer Silo, Terminal Silo Evacuation, Bottom, Eco hoppers & APH hopper de-ashing. Managing the functions of troubleshooting and preventive (quarterly) breakdown of various machines. Creating Spares management through SOP as well as Maintenance management through SI system. This job is for Operations & Maintenance.
