Job Summary-
We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI Integration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting SAP CPI interfaces and integrations across cloud and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities-
- Design, develop, and support SAP CPI integrations with SuccessFactors and other applications.
- Configure and extend standard iFlows and build custom iFlows with exception handling.
- Implement and support complex business processes in SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and deliver best-practice solutions.
- Support global Employee Life Cycle Management processes and SuccessFactors upgrades.
Required Skills-
- SAP CPI Certification (Mandatory)
- 5–10 years of SAP integration experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP CPI and SuccessFactors integrations
- Experience with SuccessFactors APIs (SOAP & OData)
- Worked on at least 2 SAP CPI implementation projects
- Experience with inbound and outbound cloud integrations
- At least 1 full-cycle SuccessFactors implementation or 2 support engagements
Preferred Skills-
- SuccessFactors module certification
- JavaScript scripting knowledge
- Experience integrating ERP and non-ERP applications
