Role Summary
The Cluster Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations across clinics. This role owns workforce planning, operational execution, people management, vendor coordination, and on-ground issue resolution to ensure seamless clinic functioning and high patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinic Operations & Daily Functioning
● Ensure uninterrupted daily operations across all assigned clinics
● Act as the first point of contact for operational escalations and resolve issues in real time
● Coordinate with clinic teams to maintain operational discipline and SOP adherence
● Ensure clinic readiness (staffing, equipment, consumables) at all times
2. Workforce Planning & Roster Management
● Prepare and publish weekly rosters for all clinic staff including doctors, counsellors, front desk, and technicians
● Monitor attendance daily and manage absenteeism proactively to avoid service disruption
● Arrange backups and reallocations across clinics as needed
3. Hiring, Onboarding & Training
● Manage hiring for multiple clinic roles in coordination with HR and functional heads
● Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires including induction, and role readiness
● Coordinate and track training completion for all new and existing staff
4. Repairs, Maintenance & Vendor Coordination
● Oversee regular repair and maintenance of clinic equipment and infrastructure
● Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely issue resolution
● Maintain maintenance logs and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
5. Inventory Management & Audits
● Ensure accurate tracking and availability of consumables and critical inventory
● Conduct monthly inventory audits across clinics
● Identify leakages, variances, and take corrective action

Experience & Qualifications
● 4–7 years of experience in operations management (healthcare, clinics, retail, or service industry preferred)
● Prior experience handling multiple locations is a must
● Comfortable with "Cluster Operations Manager" "clinics" Hyderabad on-ground, fast-paced operational roles
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
