Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, audience engagement, website traffic, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing both organic and paid marketing activities, creating compelling content, analysing campaign performance, and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, and other relevant online channels.
- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Run, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and continuously improve performance through audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Work towards defined performance metrics including Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and lead quality.
Social Media Management
- Create and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop engaging content including posts, carousels, reels, videos, graphics, blogs, and campaign creatives aligned with business objectives.
- Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track social media performance and recommend strategies to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.
Content Marketing & Brand Building
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, designers, content creators, and external agencies to develop marketing assets and campaigns.
- Create compelling marketing content and coordinate the production of visual and video assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Support brand-building initiatives through thought leadership, employee advocacy, and digital storytelling.
SEO, Website & Lead Generation
- Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, content optimization, website updates, technical SEO coordination, and organic visibility improvement.
- Assist with website content management, landing page creation, conversion rate optimization, and lead capture initiatives.
- Monitor website performance and user behaviour to identify opportunities for traffic and conversion improvements.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Measure marketing effectiveness against established KPIs and business objectives.
Market Research & Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, AI-powered marketing tools, and platform updates.
- Identify and recommend new digital marketing opportunities to improve performance and drive growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of social media management, content marketing, paid advertising, SEO fundamentals, email marketing, lead generation, and digital analytics.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Experience creating and managing content strategies across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance measurement.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent communication, creativity, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated professional with the ability to take ownership of campaigns and deliver measurable business results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and content creation tools.
- Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, employer branding, or demand generation initiatives.
- Understanding of marketing attribution, customer journeys, and conversion funnel optimization.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured through:

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
