Job Profile & Responsibilities
- Batch Operations: Effectively handle and monitor end-to-end production batches for specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical intermediates.
- Unit Operations: Hands-on experience in managing standard chemical plant equipment (Reactors, Distillation columns, Centrifuges, Driers, Filters).
- Documentation: Maintain strict compliance documentation including BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record), BCR, and logbook entries.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide shift operators and casual workers to hit daily production targets while maintaining strict safety standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with EHS guidelines, handle solvent transfers safely, and minimize process deviations.
Candidate Criteria
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.E / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of core production experience in an API, Intermediate, or Specialty Chemical manufacturing facility.
- Key Skills: Strong knowledge of mass balance, raw material handling, distillation processes, and shift management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
