- Responsible for team decisions.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement custom software components using modern programming frameworks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working across multiple system environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Argus.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
