The Trainee Operations Manager will be a part of Moustache’s leadership development program designed for experienced professionals who aspire to transition into multi-property operations management.
This role offers a fast-track learning path under the mentorship of senior operations heads. The ideal candidate will already have a solid background in hospitality operations (5–7 years) and now seeks to sharpen leadership, analytics, and strategic management capabilities to take on larger business responsibilities.
Property Operations & Excellence
Supervise and streamline daily property operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B.

Ensure each property maintains high standards of guest experience, cleanliness, and operational discipline.

Implement and monitor SOPs across departments to ensure consistency and quality.

Oversee guest satisfaction metrics and resolve escalations efficiently.
Operational Planning & Analysis
Assist in creating and executing property-level operational strategies in coordination with senior management.

Analyze performance reports (occupancy, RevPAR, feedback, etc.) and recommend actionable improvements.

Track operational costs, vendor efficiency, and inventory management to support profitability goals.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and mentor on-ground teams to achieve service and efficiency benchmarks.

Coordinate with HR for staffing, training, and workforce management.

Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, and Marketing teams to align operations with business targets.
Training & Development
Participate in structured operational leadership training designed to transition you into a Cluster or Area Operations Manager role.

Engage in cross-functional exposure across departments including Revenue, F&B, and Guest Relations.
Support in launching new properties, pre-opening activities, and standardization projects.
