Food Preparation
Prepare and cook continental dishes according to standardized recipes.
Perform mise en place before service.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Assist in preparing soups, sauces, salads, sandwiches, pasta, grills, steaks, burgers, and breakfast items.
Ensure all food is served within the prescribed time.
Kitchen Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned workstation.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor stock levels and inform the Chef of shortages.
Minimize food wastage through proper portion control and storage.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory practices.
Hygiene & Food Safety
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Maintain personal grooming and hygiene at all times.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.
Monitor food temperatures during preparation and storage.
Comply with FSSAI and company food safety guidelines.
Teamwork
Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
Support junior kitchen staff when required.
Maintain professional behavior and positive communication.
Assist during peak hours and special events.
Quality Control
Ensure dishes meet company quality standards.
Report any quality or equipment issues immediately.
Participate in regular kitchen cleaning schedules.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
