We are looking for a professional and friendly School Receptionist to manage the front desk and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist parents, students, visitors, and staff professionally. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area. Coordinate appointments and meetings for school management. Maintain student records and administrative documents. Support admission-related activities and fee inquiry coordination. Prepare letters, reports, and other school documents. Coordinate with teachers and administrative staff for daily operations. Perform general office and administrative tasks. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive (school experience preferred). Excellent spoken and written English (Fluent English is mandatory). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Well-groomed, organized, and customer-service oriented.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
