Role Overview:
We are seeking for a Senior Manager Communication SME to own enterprise-wide communication capability building by designing scalable learning solutions and using communication assessments as the single diagnostic to drive measurable improvement in readiness, reduce bench leakage, and support OGS academy deployment outcomes.

Own enterprise-wide communication capability design and delivery at scale

Build and sustain structured communication programs aligned to business needs

Use communication diagnostics and stakeholder feedback as the primary driver for learning design

Translate capability gaps into scalable, enterprise-level communication solutions

Enable and scale internal faculty through train-the-trainer models
-
Drive pre–post measurement of communication improvement using data
-
Reduce dependency on external vendors through reusable learning assets
-
Partner with stakeholders to align communication capability with business outcomes
-
Track and report communication impact linked to deployment readiness and skill inventory
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
-
10-12 years of experience in communication training, L&D, or capability building
-
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale communication programs
-
Hands-on experience using communication diagnostics / assessments (Versant or equivalent)

Experience enabling internal faculty / train-the-trainer models
-
Strong stakeholder management experience with global business leaders
-
Experience measuring pre–post learning impact using data
-
Strong experience working with senior stakeholders (BU Heads, ELT, Managers)

Adept at training need identification and the ADDIE framework
-
Certified/extensive working knowledge of Instructional Design and Adult learning theories

Strong facilitation presence; can hold and drive high-stakes rooms

Sharp problem-framing; can cut through noise and focus on what matters
-
High ownership mindset; drives outcomes without constant direction

Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, actionable behavior

Strong judgment in balancing culture, business needs, and people impact
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with bench or redeployment populations

Exposure to workforce planning or skill inventory analysis

Experience supporting early talent or graduate programs

Experience in large, multi-BU organizations
-
Exposure to media and advertising industry.

Experience linking communication capability to business outcomes (CSAT, attrition, productivity)
