We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Operation Executive / Customer Support Executive to manage customer calls, CRM tickets, store coordination, pickup and delivery follow-ups, and SLA compliance. The candidate should be able to handle high call volumes, resolve customer issues quickly, coordinate with stores and field teams, support inbound sales, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Experience: 3–10 years
Preferred Industry: Service, logistics, retail, or similar
Languages: English and Hindi
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
