- Minimum 1 year of telecalling or customer handling over calls experience
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong customer interaction and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions over calls
- Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Record and update customer information accurately
- Work closely with the team to achieve service targets
