Qualification:
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
- Ex-Servicemen (Army / Military / Navy / Air Force) are highly preferred.
Age Limit:
- General Candidates: Up to 45 Years
- Retired Ex-Servicemen: No Age Limit
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all factory assets, employees, and visitors.
- Monitor and control all entry and exit activities at the factory gate.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, employees, vehicles, and material movements.
- Conduct regular security patrols (rounds) throughout the factory premises.
- Verify gate passes, delivery challans, and other authorized documents.
- Maintain all gate registers, security logs, and incident reports accurately.
- Report any security concerns, accidents, or suspicious activities immediately to the management.
- Ensure strict compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Work in Day Shift / Night Shift on a rotational basis.
Skills Required
- Good discipline, integrity, and professional attitude.
- Ability to maintain records accurately.
- Physically fit and alert.
- Experience in factory or industrial security will be an added advantage.
