Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Dismantling to oversee shift operations, ensure efficient battery dismantling and material segregation, maintain safety standards, and support production targets. The role involves guiding shift supervisors, coordinating with Quality and Production teams, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and workplace discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily dismantling operations and guide shift supervisors.
- Ensure proper battery breaking, material segregation, and storage.
- Monitor production output and coordinate material flow to downstream processes.
- Coordinate with the Quality team for moisture checks and scale calibration.
- Review production records, attendance, and shift documentation.
- Enforce PPE compliance, safety practices, and worker discipline.
- Maintain housekeeping and organized material placement in the dismantling area.
- Train and mentor junior supervisors to ensure consistent shift performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, recycling, or production supervision.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety practices, production processes, and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop-floor environment and coordinate across shifts.
