- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system support processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
