Role Overview
Assist in managing, maintaining, and upgrading electrical infrastructure supporting farm operations, including power systems, automated machinery, and potentially renewable energy installations, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and prompt troubleshooting of electrical panels, motors, pumps, lighting, and control systems.
- Installation Support: Assist senior engineers with the installation, commissioning and upgrading of new electrical equipment and systems (e.g., solar arrays, automated feeding/irrigation/). Experience in Construction activities.
- System Optimization: Identify issues and propose improvements to enhance energy efficiency and operational reliability of electrical systems.
- Technical Support: Provide on-site technical guidance and training to farm technicians and operators.
- Documentation: Prepare maintenance reports, update equipment records, and assist with parts ordering.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to farm safety protocols, electrical codes, and relevant industry standards.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
