Wellphy Medical Hub is looking for a dedicated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with appointment bookings, and providing clear information about our clinic services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
- Assist patients with booking, rescheduling, and inquiries
- Explain clinic services and offerings clearly
- Maintain positive communication with existing and potential patients
- Keep accurate records of calls and patient interactions
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to interact with patients politely and professionally
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
