We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in editing engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and promotional content. The candidate should have a good understanding of storytelling, motion graphics, and current social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging videos.
- Create reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and advertisements.
- Add transitions, effects, text, music, and sound effects to enhance video quality.
- Perform color correction, audio synchronization, and basic motion graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling visual content.
- Optimize videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the company's branding and quality standards.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques and social media trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Video Editing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and animation is an advantage.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings for different platforms.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
- Good time management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience editing content for social media platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of photography and videography.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).
