Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – South Region
Industry: Packaging Machinery Manufacturing
Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA (Negotiable)
Travel: Frequent travel required across the South Region
Key Responsibilities:
Drive machine sales for packaging machinery across the South Region.
Identify, develop, and convert new business leads into confirmed machine orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Achieve and exceed regional sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to close high-value machine deals.
Actively explore new markets and industries for packaging machine applications.
Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, and commercial negotiations with customers.
Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop strong sales strategies.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales leads to maximize business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, client visits, and trade events when required.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in packaging machinery or industrial machine sales.
Strong expertise in lead conversion and closing high-value machine sales.
Target-oriented with the ability to explore new opportunities and deliver results.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the South Region.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
