We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the manufacturing facility, office premises, and common areas. The ideal candidate should have experience in supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
2–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure cleanliness of production areas, offices, washrooms, canteen, and surrounding premises.
- Prepare housekeeping schedules and assign daily duties.
- Monitor the use and stock of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards as per company policies.
- Train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.
- Conduct routine inspections and resolve housekeeping issues promptly.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper waste collection, segregation, and disposal.
- Maintain housekeeping records, attendance, and inventory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
