We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager – Interior with a strong background in interior products and project sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead marketing & sales activities for interior products
Generate business in paints, tiles, modular kitchen, plywood, and house interior projects
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to create product awareness and demand
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Manage client relationships including architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors
Handle territory-based sales operations
Lead and manage the sales team (team handling experience preferred)
Conduct presentations and field/site visits
Submit regular reports and performance analysis
Travel for business development activities
Required Skills & Experience:
12+ years of experience in Interior / Construction Marketing & Sales
Experience in Paints, Tiles, Modular Kitchen, Plywood, or Interior Products
Strong field sales and project sales background
Target-oriented and result-driven
Good communication skills in English
Strong client handling & presentation skills
Independent working ability
Digital marketing knowledge preferred
Reporting & performance tracking skills mandatory
Team handling experience (added advantage)
Territorial sales experience is a plus
