Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, employee onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
* Maintain employee records and HR databases.
* Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation.
* Coordinate employee engagement activities.
* Support payroll and attendance processes.
* Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies.
* Work closely with hiring managers and external candidates.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 0–2 years of experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
