Kréa Térra & Co. is a multidisciplinary architecture, interior design, and urban planning practice based in Bhopal, dedicated to creating thoughtful, functional, and timeless spaces. We are seeking a detail-oriented Architect – 2D Technical Design & Working Drawings to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for an architect with strong technical expertise and a thorough understanding of construction documentation. The selected candidate will play a key role in translating design concepts into precise, coordinated working drawings that guide project execution on site. You will work closely with the design team to ensure every drawing package is accurate, practical, and aligned with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare complete Good for Construction (GFC) and working drawing packages for architectural and interior projects.
- Develop accurate architectural layout plans, furniture layouts, electrical layouts, lighting layouts, plumbing layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless project documentation.
- Review and revise drawings based on client feedback, design updates, and site conditions.
- Maintain high standards of technical accuracy, detailing, and documentation throughout all project stages.
- Assist the project team during execution by resolving drawing-related queries and incorporating necessary revisions.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and construction practices.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and site teams to deliver projects on schedule.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural working drawings and construction documentation. Exceptional fresh graduates or interns with strong technical drafting skills may also be considered.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, building materials, construction methodologies, and execution drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative studio environment.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (based on knowledge, technical skills, experience, and overall suitability for the role).
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
