Denali Assets provides an extensive range of services under Facility Management and Property Management.
We are looking for a stellar individual to join our Team. Our Team work closely with our client teams to build and run operations to help them succeed in their business objectives. Our experienced, dedicated and professional approach to Facility Management ensures peak efficiency without compromising on the health, safety and comfort aspects of our tenants.
To be an effective AFM-Soft services at Denali Assets, you should be able to plan and execute work in the following areas:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitoring the vendor day to day activity as per 52 weeks calendar
- Ensure training to be conducted for all the ground staffs
- Maintain the stock as per requirement
- Daily walkthrough with vendor partners
- Work closely with GM soft service to ensure the support on implementation of property upkeep related to soft services
- Documentation as per requirement
Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Property or facility management.
Required Skills:
1. Good communication skill
2. Large scale operation management
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
