WeThreee HR Consulting Private Limited is seeking a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, execute marketing campaigns, analyse performance, and enhance brand visibility while generating quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics.
- Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Design social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Run and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform changes.
- Coordinate with the HR and business development teams to promote recruitment drives, company services, and employer branding.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through effective campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing (Freshers with relevant skills may also apply).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn marketing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
