Summary:
In the role of Process and Manufacturing Engineer, a typical day involves designing and refining industrial processes that may include chemical, thermal, or mechanical systems. This includes overseeing the development of these processes from initial concept stages through to commissioning, ensuring that operations are conducted safely and efficiently while meeting compliance standards. The role requires specifying appropriate equipment, performing thorough risk assessments, and addressing any process-related challenges that arise. Additionally, the engineer works on scaling and enhancing manufacturing workflows, tools, and quality benchmarks to support consistent, cost-effective production that aligns with the overall project goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and design principles related to software-defined wide area networks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues within SD-WAN environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize network performance to meet business requirements.
- Familiarity with configuring and managing network security protocols in SD-WAN solutions.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to implement network infrastructure projects.
Additional Information:
