Job Description – Account Executive
Role Overview:
Responsible for managing day-to-day accounts, invoicing, compliance, and financial documentation to support smooth project and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices (manual/computed, proforma, e-invoices) and purchase orders.
- Follow up with clients for payments; maintain outstanding records.
- Record daily transactions in Tally; update cash book, bank book, and ledgers.
- Handle expense sheets, vouchers, petty cash, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors/clients for documentation and bill submissions.
- Maintain proper filing and scanning of financial records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office.
- Knowledge of GST/TDS compliance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
