Responsibilities:

Source Candidates: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job Portals, social media, WhatsApp Group, and referrals.

Manage Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.

Screen Resumes: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate Hiring Process: Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
