1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
3. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
4. Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services.
5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
6. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
7. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all sales targets and KPIs are met.
8. Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
10. Prospect for new business across assigned territories and accounts
11. Cold call prospective clients to initiate sales opportunities
12. Assess client needs and present suitable solutions
13. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
14. Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals
15. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to clients
16. Prepare presentations, proposal and sales contracts
17. Participate in exhibition, conferences and networking events
18. Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement
Education & Experience: Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Electrical with 10+ years of relevant work experience in same or similar industry. Bachelor in Business Administration along with would be an added advantage and preferable.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
