About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven background in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in acquiring direct US clients, generating new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new direct clients in the US Staffing market.
- Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with US clients and hiring managers.
- Gather hiring requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly business targets.
- Deliver exceptional client service and ensure long-term business partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience in the US Staffing industry (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in acquiring direct US Staffing clients.
- Strong knowledge of the US Staffing and Recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with IT and/or Non-IT staffing services is preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Must be comfortable working Night Shift (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST).
- Must be willing to work from our Ahmedabad office (Onsite).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
