Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end interior design projects across luxury villas, penthouses, apartments, kothis, and commercial properties. This is a dynamic role for a design leader who combines creativity with execution excellence and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Design and Concept Development:
- Lead the design process from concept to project completion for luxury villas, penthouse, apartments, kothis and commercial properties.
- Create innovative design concepts, mood boards and spatial layouts tailored to each client's unique vision and lifestyle.
- Ensure designs reflect the latest trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients to deeply understand their requirements, preferences and budget constraints.
- Present compelling design proposal, including 3D renders and material Sample effectively
- Maintain clear and consistent communication to manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Management
- Oversee the full design and execution process, from site measurements and design documentation to final installation and styling.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control to meet project goals and studio standards
Team Collabration
- Mentor junior designers and interns, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with procurement and administrative teams to source materials, furnishings, and décor elements.
- Ensure all design deliverables align with client expectations and meet the studio’s quality benchmarks.
Technical Expertise
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and BOQs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of professional experience in luxury residential and commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and V-Ray.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing high-end, executed interior projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
