We are looking for a smart, proactive Business & Operations Associate based in Gurgaon / Delhi NCR to help grow and support innovative technology product lines in AI, robotics, computer vision, and industrial systems.
This is a hands-on role combining business development, operations, coordination, marketing support, and customer engagement. You will work directly with leadership in India and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach medium to large companies in Gurgaon / NCR
- Generate leads and arrange meetings
- Support proposals, quotations, presentations
- Coordinate vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Track pipeline, tasks, and reporting
- Assist with government tenders / GeM / procurement opportunities
- Support LinkedIn outreach and basic marketing activity
- Attend customer meetings and product demos when needed
Requirements:
- Strong English communication
- Based in Gurgaon / NCR
- Organized, proactive, self-driven
- Experience in sales / operations / coordination / B2B preferred
- Comfortable speaking with factories, offices, decision makers
- Interest in technology products
Preferred:
- Industrial Engineering / Management / MBA / Technical degree
- Tender / GeM experience
- CRM tools experience
Compensation:
₹35K–₹45K monthly depending on experience + bonuses for results.
