Telecaller – Roadside Assistance (RSA) Sales
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers to promote and sell Roadside Assistance (RSA) Membership Plans. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets through outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain RSA membership plans, features, and benefits clearly.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Update lead status and daily reports in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates preferred.
- Good Hindi communication and convincing skills.
- Telecalling, sales, insurance, membership, financial product, or automobile sales experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/Excel.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling objections effectively.
Performance Expectations:
- Make 150+ outbound calls per day.
- Submit daily lead and follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.
Salary & Benefits:
₹8,000 – ₹15,000 fixed salary (based on experience) plus attractive incentives, bonuses, and career growth opportunities.
Pay: ₹14,000.29 - ₹15,000.78 per month
