We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Manager who can deliver an exceptional in-store experience. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, understand their preferences, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond and precious stone jewellery.
- Explain product features, pricing, purity (BIS hallmark), certification, and design details.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing, stock display, and inventory coordination.
- Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness standards.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on latest jewellery trends and collections.
- Support promotional activities and festive sales campaigns.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with persuasive ability.
- Basic knowledge of gold, diamond grading (4Cs), and gemstone quality (preferred).
- Presentable personality with customer service attitude.
- Ability to work on weekends and festive seasons.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
