- Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS regulations, including the Factories Act, Gujarat Factories Rules, MSIHC Rules, GPCB norms, and PESO requirements.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities such as DISH, GPCB, PESO, Fire Department, and Factory Inspectorate for inspections, approvals, and statutory compliance.
- Lead Plant Safety Management initiatives, including HAZOP, HIRA, JSA, MOC, PSSR, and risk assessment studies for hazardous operations.
- Plan, conduct, and manage internal and external EHS audits, ensuring timely closure of observations and corrective actions.
- Oversee occupational health programs, industrial hygiene monitoring, and statutory medical surveillance of employees.
- Manage environmental compliance related to ETP/STP operations, hazardous waste management, emissions control, and sustainability initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and periodically review emergency preparedness plans, mock drills, and disaster management systems.
- Drive contractor safety management by ensuring compliance with PTW, LOTO, Work at Height, Confined Space Entry, and other critical safety procedures.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to minimize operational risks.
- Maintain ISO standards and other management systems while fostering a proactive safety culture through training, awareness programs, and employee engagement.
- Please Note: Candidate has to initially work at Head office for 6 months at Ahmedabad. Then he shall be transferred to Dahej location.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
