Full job description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing B2B relationships within the HoReCa segment, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and institutional clients. The role involves strategic planning, client acquisition, key account management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and acquire new clients in hotels, restaurants, cafés, canteens, and corporate catering segments
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitor activities
- Generate leads through networking, field visits, and industry connections
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Procurement Heads, Chefs, F&B Managers)
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
3. Key Account Management
- Manage existing HoReCa accounts and ensure repeat business
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services
- Monitor client performance and identify growth opportunities
4. Coordination & Execution
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams for seamless service delivery
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and issue resolution
- Track order cycles and customer feedback
5. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
- Maintain CRM data and sales records
- Track KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and client acquisition
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HoReCa industry and B2B sales
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Relationship-building and networking ability
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:
- HORECA sales: 1 year (Required)
- FMCG Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
- Modern trade: 1 year (Preferred)
