- Analyse courier data to identify high-cost routes, redundant shipments, and underutilized contracts.
- Evaluate multiple courier and logistics vendors based on cost, service quality, and performance.
- Recommend preferred logistics partners based on cost-effectiveness and service performance.
- Negotiate rate contracts with courier companies and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs.
- Identify opportunities to consolidate shipments and use more economical dispatch methods.
- Prepare monthly reports on courier cost savings and logistics performance metrics.
