JOB DESCRIPTION
KEN TRAVELS is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller to join our team and handle customer enquiries, travel bookings, and follow-ups.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Handle incoming calls and respond to travel-related enquiries
- Explain travel booking services to customers
- Follow up with customers for ticket bookings and enquiries
- Generate leads through telephone calls and customer follow-ups
- Maintain customer details and call records
- Coordinate with the booking team for customer requirements
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules and availability
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Achieve assigned calling and booking targets
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English
- Pleasant and confident personality
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong follow-up skills
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
