We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth across our Commercial Air Conditioning and Industrial Refrigeration business units. If you have a proven track record in Project Sales, Dealer Management, and HVAC Solutions, we would like to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation: Drive sales for high-value HVAC systems, including VRF, Chillers, AHUs, and Commercial Refrigeration units.
Strategic Business Development: Identify new market opportunities in Cold Chain, Pharma, Hospitality, and Industrial sectors.
Project Sales & Tendering: Lead the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from BoQ (Bill of Quantities) analysis to final technical negotiations.
Channel Partner Management: Build and manage a robust network of Dealers and System Integrators to expand market reach.
Technical Consultation: Work closely with Application Engineers to provide energy-efficient HVAC&R solutions to MEP consultants and contractors.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends to maintain our competitive edge in the Commercial Fit-out market.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience: 8–15 years in Direct Sales or Channel Sales within the HVAC/Refrigeration industry.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Psychrometrics, Heat Load Calculations, and Refrigeration Cycles.
Soft Skills: Exceptional Negotiation, Relationship Management, and Presentation skills.
Software: Proficiency in CRM tools, and MS Excel for sales tracking.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
