Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day shop floor operations.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Allocate manpower effectively and manage operator performance.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Store departments.
- Monitor line productivity, efficiency, and process improvements.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, and resources.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
- Implement 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
- Train and guide operators on work instructions and quality requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and assembly operations.
- Experience in manpower handling and production supervision.
- Understanding of quality systems, 5S, and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Qualification
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in electronics manufacturing operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
