ZyvaMed Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is a growing pharmaceutical company specializing in PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing services across India.
We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executives who can help expand our business network by connecting with distributors, pharma professionals, and entrepreneurs interested in pharma franchise opportunities.
This is a desk-based role where the candidate will be responsible for generating business leads through telecalling and converting them into long-term business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 70–100 calls per day to potential clients and distributors across India
- Generate leads for PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing services
- Explain company products, franchise benefits, and business opportunities to prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and business partners
- Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into confirmed business deals
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and client interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client support
- Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to company growth
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of pharma franchise or pharmaceutical industry (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to handle telecalling and sales conversations confidently
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email handling)
- Experience: 1–2 years preferred in sales/telecalling/pharma industry
- Freshers are also welcome to apply
