Campaign Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve defined performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with creative, content, design, SEO, paid media, and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines and organizational standards.
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of all campaign activities.
- Present campaign performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Email Marketing, etc.).
- Knowledge of campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and campaign reporting dashboards.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing platforms are an added advantage.
